We had an Active X control in SCSM 2010 that was used to look up the local computer which the user is coordinating on. If a computer documentation existed for that certain computer, it would submit an incident to the affected computer. It is good because the analyst who is working on the incident on some contexts about the computer's problem.

The two important minor news in SCSM2012 is that is a pretty big problem to many which English is not their first language. Some of the clients prefer English and to some Swedish. The problem in SCSM2012 is that you cannot choose language for the console, since it selects the language for your operating system.
